1 weekly class on Zoom on Tuesdays,Ā 4-5:30 p.m. (Pacific Time).
Requirements
1.5-2 hours of coursework per week.
1 assignment due each week.
For each 5 week course, attend 4 of the 5 Zoom classes.

Meet Your Instructor
Barbara Visser
As a leadership coach, Barbara offers an encouraging presence that supports her clients to gain clarity, stay motivated and commit to choices and actions that honor who they are becoming as a person and a professional. She brings 20 years' experience in a corporate technology environment, having navigated complex roles and career growth at Microsoft while becoming a parent and raising children. Her career expertise bridges executive communication, employee engagement, program management, nonprofit fundraising and event planning. She attained her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation and has coached more than 350 people over the last five years. She is also an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) expert and a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). One of her proudest accomplishments is becoming a certified birth doula as a side-gig early in her career.
