Class Format
Online content.
1 weekly hybrid class (in-person or via Teams) on Mondays, 7-8:30 p.m. (Pacific Time).
Requirements
2-3 hours of coursework per week.
1 assignment due each week.
Final project at the end of each 6-week course.

Meet Your Instructor
Pete Tucker, Ph.D.
Pete Tucker has been active in the software industry for over 30 years. He started his career at Microsoft after receiving his bachelor's degree in math and computer science. He was part of the team that developed the first versions of Microsoft Access and then moved to a team developing data components for Internet Explorer. After eight years at Microsoft, he returned to school and earned his Ph.D. in computer science from Oregon Health and Science University in Portland. He has been a professor of computer science at Whitworth for 21 years and has done consulting work for a number of Spokane technology companies, including current work for Drip7 and N2X.
