Empowering manufacturing leaders with the skills, strategies, and confidence to drive operational success.

For Manufacturers, By Manufacturers

SHIFT Manufacturing provides specialized training for new or developing managers.

Developed by local industry experts, this 10-week program equips participants with the skills and knowledge to effectively lead teams, manage operations and optimize processes in a manufacturing environment.

Upskill Your Workforce

With a curriculum and format designed by leaders and experts from across the manufacturing industry, employers can upskill their existing workforce to fill management roles from within their organization. By pairing weekly zoom classes with two in-person immersion experiences, employees will gain the in-demand skills needed to immediately add value to their company.
